Hello all! Apologies for the winter hiatus - it has been a season of rest and intention. 

I lost count of how many jars of infused oils I had in my pantry over the winter. I would occasionally go in and look at them, checking on my friends, seeing how they were. Most were only intended to sit for 6 weeks - most of them went longer, infusing even more deeply. 

I bought some online courses, more books, learning new techniques, recipes with new ingredients. I channeled my inner dragon, hoarding more supplies as I sketched out new products...

... and then I realized, I need to start preparing these! 

Stamford area folks, I hope you'll stop by! I've got my first appearance this year at Stamford Museum and Nature Center on April 26th, 10 AM - 2 PM for spring on the farm!
